Fouta App Child Safety Standards
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Our Standards
Users may not create, upload, post, send, request, store, promote, distribute, or otherwise make available content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, traffics, sextorts, or sexualizes a child or minor.
Prohibited content and behavior includes, without limitation:
• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE);
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including images, videos, AI-generated or computer-generated imagery, or other visual depictions involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor;
• grooming or attempting to build a relationship with a child for sexual exploitation;
• sextortion, coercion, threats, or blackmail involving a child or a child's intimate imagery;
• sexualization of minors or content that encourages, promotes, or normalizes sexual exploitation of minors;
• soliciting, requesting, sharing, or offering sexual content involving minors; and
• trafficking, advertising, or facilitating the commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
These standards apply to all parts of Fouta App, including posts, stories, photos, videos, messages, profiles, groups, comments, reactions, product listings, marketplace content, and any other user-generated content or activity.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users may report safety concerns through available in-app reporting tools or by contacting Fouta App LLC at admin@fouta-app.com. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or the appropriate child safety authority in your area.
How We Respond
When Fouta App obtains actual knowledge of content or conduct that may involve CSAE or CSAM, we may review the report, remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, limit access to features, preserve relevant information where appropriate, and take other action consistent with our policies and applicable law.
Where required by applicable law or appropriate for child safety, Fouta App may report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or another relevant regional authority.
