Fouta App Account Deletion Request

Fouta App LLC lets users request deletion of their Fouta App account and associated account data.
If you can still access your account in the Fouta App, you can request deletion in the app:

Open Fouta App.

Go to Profile or Settings.

Select Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion request.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
Email: admin@fouta-app.com
Subject line: Fouta App Account Deletion Request
Please include:

the email address or phone number connected to your Fouta App account;
-
your full name or profile name, if available;
-
a short statement that you want your Fouta App account deleted.
Do not send your password, payment information, government ID, or other sensitive documents by email unless Fouta App specifically asks for additional verification.
What Happens Next
Fouta App may need to verify that you own or are authorized to delete the account before processing the request. We may contact you for reasonable verification information.
After a valid deletion request is verified, Fouta App will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, unless we need to retain limited information for legitimate reasons such as:

safety and abuse prevention;

fraud prevention and security;

legal compliance;
-
tax, accounting, or business records;
-
dispute resolution;
-
backup and recovery systems;
-
App Store or Google Play compliance;

enforcing our Terms or protecting users.
Some content or records may remain if another user created it, if it is already de-identified, if it is needed for safety or legal reasons, or if retention is required or permitted by law.
Fouta App will review verified deletion requests and work to handle them within a reasonable period of time. We do not guarantee a specific response or completion time. Timing may vary depending on identity verification, safety review, legal obligations, backups, and technical systems.
